原材料精选 Raw Material

广承严控物料选用，涵盖从原材料到厂内加工制造所有环节，拥有长期稳定国内外供应商关系与供应链系统，例如：鼓肚合板，五金加工件..等，让我们在原物料提供选择方面优于同行制造，并确保稳定品质。 

GC takes precise control over every procedure from procurement of raw materials to component-level of in-house production. The long-term relationship with suppliers guarantees a stable reliable supply and allows us to be superior over our competitors on material supply to deliver consistent quality.

鼓肚成型 Shell Construction

广承继承40年在台湾鼓肚成型制造技术，赋予新工艺研发改进，利用内/外模 加热加压原理，在不破坏木材本身音质前提下，实现有效的量产更为出色的鼓肚。其成型步骤：合板选料-外观花纹比配- 尺寸裁切 - 鼓肚成型，我们坚守匠人精神，升级并标准化鼓肚成型的完整工艺流程。 

With forty years of manufacturing experience accumulated from Taiwan, GC has been working in the development of shell constructing process by utilizing the principle of heating and pressing on the internal/external molding without damaging the original tone of the wood itself. This process innovation has help to contribute a measurable increase in product quality, and a dramatic reduction in production time. 

外观处理 Finish

广承提供多样丰富的外观贴皮颜色，独有的架子鼓喷涂处理，提供定制颜色。

PVC贴皮处理——多样丰富的外观贴皮颜色，采用全面上胶技术，专业的除湿房保持/降低鼓肚含水率，让鼓肚与PVC贴皮完美贴合，确保鼓肚音质的饱和度。 

涂装处理 ——专业的涂装技术，严守着企业创业理念-绿色环保，100%采用UV 环保漆喷涂及设备，并提供多样的变化及定制颜色。

GC provides an extensive and wide range of external finishes, such as PVC wraps & Lacquering. 

PVC wrap: A variety of colors of the PVC finish is available for selection. The use of comprehensive wholly-glue technology, as well as the specialized dehumidification process to reduce/maintain a certain level of water-contain in the shell, makes the PVC glued onto the shell perfectly, so that the shell maintains its richest tone. 

Lacquering: With commitment to our core value - being green to the environment, GC uses 100% UV-curing lacquering system and allows us to offer variation and customized colors. 

倒角/研磨技术 Bearing Edge

广承致力于声乐艺术，鼓肚倒角与鼓皮接触边缘是最影响声音重要的因素之一。专业的倒角成型专用机设备，切割出每个根据客户要求的专有鼓肚倒角，加以精细的研磨工艺流程，让鼓肚与鼓皮接触部分有助于鼓肚声音更加开放和饱满。 

One of the key elements in creating superior tone with drum head is “bearing edge”. In order to further differentiate each clients’ own sound, GC offers a specialized bearing edge cutting machine that can cater to every specific requirement,together with the advanced refining sanding procedure that will further enhances the sound quality of the drum.

组装流程 Assembly

广承从未停止技术迭代，制定专业及高效率的组立流水线。专业的生产治具，精算的组立流水线，定期的人员训练，出产了“严选品质”。 

GC has always recognized the value of innovation in product and production, where work areas and tools are specially designed to maximize efficiency and reduce errors, while detailed production checklists are also available to assist spotting even the smallest defects. GC’s assembly-line procedure not only elevates speed and efficiency, but also benefits quality control. 

包装工艺 Packaging

广承多年来特有的包装工艺不仅帮助客户减轻物料成本的比重 并 考虑到运送途中的成品保护。每项包装皆采用“摔箱测试“，力求最符合效益的包装工艺。包装印刷选项有单色印刷 及 四色印刷（CMYK）。

GC’s advanced packaging system minimizes both cost and potential damage during shipment by calculating the most effective use of space and designing impact foam inserts for protection. GC offers optional carton printing in single color or four-color (CMYK) printing.
